She Moves

Whether you prefer an all-female training environment or are looking for a less intimidating access point to parkour, our women's only module will show that it is extremely approachable for everybody.

Led by a female coach, we will start with ground based movements that will challenge your coordination and wake up your creativity.

From there we introduce obstacles such as boxes for jumping, low rails for balance and high rails for hanging. Every part of your body will get a workout!
